British Formula Ford Championship
TV & promotion
TELEVISION
The 2008 British Formula Ford Championship will see each event
televised on Sky Sports 1/2/3 and Extra. Each round is typically
broadcast four times. Average viewing figures for each showing
are declared as 60,000 people. Across the course of the year,
this results in very significant viewing figures. Once shown on
UK channels, this coverage is then syndicated around the world
via International Motorsports News, which is broadcast on ESPN
Star Sports TV.
RACE
CENTRE
A high quality race hospitality centre will be provided for each
round of the 2008 British Championship. This will serve hot and
cold drinks and breakfast throughout the race weekend and can be
used by all Formula Ford drivers, their guests and teams. Full
hospitality can be arranged for drivers, teams and their guests.
This will also be the venue for driver briefings and prize
giving.
MEDIA
Our championship press officer Nick Carter is dedicated to
maximising publicity for the championship and for individual
teams and drivers, via print media and of course this website.
Working alongside Nick is our championship photographer Jakob
Ebrey.
